TWISTER JW 05

 It strengthens the abdominal muscles, supports the activity of the hip joints and the lumbar spine.

Exercise description:

Grab the handles and stand on the rotating platform. Twist your hips to the left and right. Repeat the steps several times. Try to keep your upper body still during the exercise.

SURFER JW 06

It strengthens the muscles of the lower limbs and abdomen, supports the activity of the hip joints and the lumbar spine.

Exercise description:

Grab the handles with both hands and stand on the platform. With your legs slightly bent, tilt the pelvis to the right and left. Keep your upper body still.
