LEG EXTENSION JW 07

It is designed for aerobic and conditioning exercises. It provides excellent workout for the muscles of the lower limbs and improves the efficiency of the body.

Exercise description:

Sit down and place your feet on the footpads. Simply push with your legs to move the seat away from the frame (do not fully straighten your legs), hold for a moment. Slowly return to the starting position by bending your knees again. Repeat the exercise.

ROWING MACHINE JW 08

It is designed to perform aerobic exercises. It strengthens the muscles of the legs, abdomen, chest, arms and upper back.
