CROSS TRAINER JW 03

The elliptical cross trainer is designed for aerobic and fitness exercises. It strengthens the muscles of the upper and lower parts of the body: legs, buttocks, hips, abdomen, chest, arms, shoulders, back. Full body and low impact cardio workout.

Exercise description:

Put both feet on the platforms and grab both handles with your hands. Move your legs alternately forward and backward, while pulling and pushing the handles.

AIR WALKER JW 04

It is designed to perform aerobic exercises. It has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system, heart and lungs. Allows a full range of movement in the hip joint improving flexibility and strength, without any impact or stress to joints and back. It also reduces body fat, improves the body’s efficiency, overall physical condition, coordination and sense of balance.

Exercise description:

Put both feet on the platforms and grab the handles with your hands. Push your legs simultaneously and alternately forward and backward. Keep the upper body still, while ‘walking’ with your legs.
