Push up and pull down JW 01 – JW 02

PUSH UP JW 01

Strengthens the muscles of the shoulders and upper back.

Exercise description:

Sit on the chair and grab the handles with both hands. Slowly push the handles forward as far as you can, hold for a moment, then return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise.

PULL DOWN JW 02

It strengthens the muscles of the chest, shoulders and arms.

Exercise description:

Sit on the chair. While holding the handles with both hands, slowly pull the lever down. Keep your shoulders low and backwards. Hold for a moment, then return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise.
