HORSE RIDE JW 10

It is designed to perform aerobic exercises. It improves motor coordination, has a positive effect on the cardiovascular and respiratory system and supports the reduction of body fat.

Exercise description:

Sitting on the chair with your feet on the platforms, grab both handles with your hands. Pull the handles towards you while straightening your legs. Return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise.
