Privacy policy

§ 1. General rules

The Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the collection, processing and use of personal data obtained through the website www.jwrekord.pl  (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

  1. Using the Website does not require providing personal data unless the User intends to purchase a product or send an inquiry. Providing personal data by the User is always his voluntary decision. However, the lack of consent to the processing of personal data may prevent the provision of electronic services.
  2. The administrator of personal data provided by Users is “JW REKORD” Sp. z o. o., ul. Jęczmienna, no. 2/4, apt. 6, 94-202, post office Łódź, NIP: 7272853358
  3. The administrator protects personal data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, loss, change, damage, or destruction, and processes the data entrusted to him based on the law. The basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 para. 1 lit. b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).
  4. When using the Website, additional information may be collected, in particular: the IP address assigned to your computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, operating system type.
  5. Navigational data may also be collected from Users, including information about links and references that they decide to click or other activities undertaken on the Website.

§ 2 Principles of Personal Data Processing

  1. Personal data is processed on the basis of the consent given by the Website User when using the contact form on the Website.
  2. Personal data referred to in § 2 section 1 are primarily: first name and last name, phone number, e-mail address (e-mail).
  3. Personal data provided by the User will be processed in the scope of the provision of services provided electronically via the Website and the response to the inquiry in the contact form.
  4. The user has the right to access, control and verify the processed data concerning him and to obtain information about the purpose, scope and method of processing the data contained in the collection and request supplementing, updating, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing, deletion of data, processing of personal data pursuant to art. 32 sec. 1 point 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act, or to raise an objection in accordance with Art. 32 sec. 1 point 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act.

§ 3 Basic User Rights

  1. The user may at any time request the removal of his data from the database of “JW REKORD” Sp.  z o. o this request by e-mail to biuro@jwrekord.com  , preferably from the e-mail address that was provided during registration.
  2. Removal of the User’s data results in the removal of all information and data about the User. However, the administrator of the website www.jwrekord.pl  reserves the right to keep the User’s data and refuse to delete them to the extent and for the period in which it is legally permitted, in particular in order to settle the obligations arising between the User and the Company/Enterprise/Company.

§ 4 Basic obligations of the Data Administrator

  1. “JW REKORD” Sp. z o. o. being the administrator of personal data, takes special care in the data processing process in order to ensure the protection of Users’ interests.
  2. Personal data is stored in a data file that has been secured with technical and organizational measures that ensure the protection of data processing. Only persons authorized by the Personal Data Administrator have access to the personal data file.
  3. The recipients of personal data may be third parties cooperating with the Administrator: providers of maintenance and development services for our Website, delivery of hosting services, e-mail providers, providers of programs for sending electronic messages on behalf of the Administrator, suppliers of invoicing systems, customer service entities, financial and accounting service entities, Courier, payment intermediaries, entities providing legal services to the Administrator.
  4. The third parties referred to above, under the relevant agreements, are obliged to use the data entrusted to them only for the purpose indicated by the Administrator. These entities are also obliged to adequately protect personal data and keep them secret.

§ 5 Cookie mechanism, IP address

  1. The website uses small files called “cookies” – so-called. cookies. They are saved by “JW REKORD” Sp. z o. o . via the Website on the computer of the person visiting the Website, if the web browser allows it. A cookie file usually contains the name of the domain it comes from, its “expiration time” and an individual, randomly selected number identifying this file. Information collected using this type of files helps to customize the services offered by “JW REKORD” Sp. z o . services to individual preferences and real needs of visitors to the Website. This also gives the opportunity to develop general statistics of views of the information presented on the Website.
  2. “JW REKORD” Sp.  z o. o. uses its own cookies for analysis and research as well as audience audits, and in particular to create anonymous statistics that help understand how Users use the Website, which allows improving its structure and content.
  3. The cookie mechanism is safe for the computers of the Website Users. In particular, this way is not possible to get viruses or other unwanted software or malware to the Users’ computers. Nevertheless, in their browsers, Users have the option of limiting or disabling the access of cookies to computers. If you use this option, the use of the Website will be possible except for the functions that by their nature require cookies.
  4. “JW REKORD” Sp. z o. o . may collect your IP addresses. The IP address is a number assigned to the computer of the person visiting the Website by the Internet service provider. The IP number allows access to the Internet. In most cases, it is assigned to your computer dynamically, ie it changes each time you connect to the Internet, and for this reason it is commonly regarded as non-personally identifiable information. The IP address is used by “JW REKORD” Sp. z o. o . when diagnosing technical problems with the server, creating statistical analyzes (e.g. determining from which regions we record the most visits), as information useful in administering and improving the Website, as well as for security purposes and possible identification of undesirable automatic programs burdening the server browsing the content of the Website.
  5. The website contains links and references to other websites. “JW REKORD” Sp. z o. o . is not responsible for the privacy protection rules applicable to them. For this reason, we encourage you to read the privacy policy adopted there after going through the Website to a website managed by another administrator.

  2. The Privacy Policy may change, about which the Administrator will inform the Users of the website by posting the new content of this document on the website www.jwrekord.pl
